Price & Payment
All prices displayed on our website include VAT.
Your shopping cart shows the total amount payable, including applicable taxes, shipping costs and your selected payment method before checkout.
We accept payment by PayPal and major credit cards.
Delivery
Beach House Company offers free shipping throughout the European Union.
Orders for in-stock items are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date your order is placed. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.
If your order contains more than one item, products may be delivered in separate shipments if certain items are temporarily out of stock.
Deliveries are made with DHL. While we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Beach House Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service at info@beachhousecompany.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if there are reasonable grounds to believe that payment cannot be completed or if incorrect pricing, stock availability or other unforeseen errors have occurred. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where applicable, issue a full refund.
