Refund policy

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

• Returns are made at the customer's expense.
• Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the item was faulty or damaged upon delivery.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  

Please include your printed order confirmation or delivery note inside the parcel.
