Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returns are made at the customer's expense.
• Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the item was faulty or damaged upon delivery.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Please include your printed order confirmation or delivery note inside the parcel. If your return has a tracking number, please email it to info@beachhousecompany.com.
