Return Policy
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are made at the customer's expense.
- Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the item was faulty or damaged upon delivery.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Please include your printed order confirmation or delivery note inside the parcel. If your return has a tracking number, please email it to info@beachhousecompany.com.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received. You are, however, entitled to inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT.
The shopping cart shows the total amount payable, including applicable taxes, shipping costs and your selected payment method.

Delivery
Beach House Company offers free shipping throughout the European Union and Norway.
Orders for in-stock items are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Orders containing more than one item may be delivered in separate shipments.
All deliveries are made with DHL. While we always aim for prompt delivery, Beach House Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@beachhousecompany.com.
